Our secure sites are protected by remote monitored CCTV systems linked to red care alarm monitoring. Temperature compliance alerts are linked to auto-dialers that alert our team to any storage facility developing temperature compliance issues.  Goods are protected by fully comprehensive stock insurance and best practice standard operating procedures.

Igloo’s warehouse personnel are trained to the highest standards of safe operating and temperature control procedures. Picking in excess of 70,000 items a week our operators are incentivized to work accurately (to +99.5%) and efficiently, safely handling our customers goods, on time, to the right location, day in day out and without compromise.

Many of our clients require Igloo to achieve higher level BRC accreditation as a supplier to their BRC accredited operations, Igloo’s exemplary quality standards ensure that since opening in 2004 we have passed every inspection.
