Following several months of negotiations, we are delighted to announce that Totem (Total Temperature Management Ltd), backed by Igloo’s original founders and a new investor have purchased Igloo Thermo-Logistics.

Totem continues to operate the trading name and brand Igloo Thermo-Logistics. The new investors have committed significant funds to Igloo’s development at the forefront of temperature controlled logistics, and bring additional experience to the senior leadership team.

The change in ownership has no direct bearing on the operation of the business or the services provided to customers. The sale concluded on Jan 7th 2010 (over a month ago) with a completely seamless transition, and had no impact on service, staff or business operations.

Excellence in service to its’ customers continues to be the core aim of Igloo, and the new structure re-enforces the company’s ability to provide that in the long-term.
