We invested in this system to provide high quality reliable information direct to our customers.

All Igloo deliveries are covered by comprehensive insurance policies, including; Goods-in-transit, stock deterioration due to breakdown, Theft & Fire etc. Full details of these policies are available to customers on request.

Igloo drivers all have a minimum of 10 years driving experience. They are uniformed in Igloo identifiable clothing, and all carry ID. As customer facing representatives of Igloo, all our drivers are polite, courteous, and act as our customer service champions.
